Cables
For Kodak Slide Projectors
RMF's Molded Cables generally are more rugged,
weigh less and are more economical than similar conventionally fabricated cable
assemblies. The fully molded plugs provide durable protection to all internal termination
parts which results in better resistance to moisture, contamination, dust, dirt, etc., and
the built-in strain relief protects against wire breakage. All of our cable assemblies are
100% tested for continuity, shorts and appearance.
Remote Control Cables
are used to control
Forward, Reverse, and Focus of Kodak and compatible Projectors. They have a 5 pin male
plug molded on one end only and are designed for special remote controls and custom
applications and installations.
Remote Control Extension Cables
are used to
extend the distance between a projector remote control and the projector itself. They have
a 5 pin male plug molded on one end and a 5 pin female plug molded on the other end.
Typically they allow a speaker in front of an audience to control the projector at the
rear.
Special Remote Control Cables are in several
configurations. "Y" cables allow multiple projector control from a single remote
or single projector control from multiple remotes. Cables with double male and double
female plugs are also available.
Dissolve Cables
are used on all dissolve
controls and for special applications where control of the projector lamp is required in
additional to remote functions. These cables contain 7 wires - 5 wires are used to control
the remote functions of the Kodak Projector and 2 wires control the projector lamp. They
have a 7 pin male plug molded on one end only and are available mainly for custom dissolve
applications and installations.
Dissolve Extension Cables
are used to extend the
distance between the projector and a dissolve control or programmer. They have a 7 pin
male plug molded on one end and a 7 pin female plug molded on the other. They are useful
whenever the projectors can not be located near the dissolve control or programmer.
Connectors and Wall Plates
are available in various 5, 7, and 8
pin styles for special custom installations.
Special Custom Versions of these cables are also
available. We can change lengths, plugs, etc., to meet your custom or OEM requirements.
