RMF extends warranties, including parts and
labor on all it's products. Merely return the unit with the
date of purchase and a note explaining the problem. If the
unit is out of warranty, the repair charge will be minimal. We
charge only for the time spent and parts, not flat rate charges that
result in higher costs. We can provide an estimate of repair
costs beforehand and will accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. Units are repaired immediately
and are usually returned within two or three days after we receive
them. It's best to call first and talk to a technician about
the problem you are having since he may be able to suggest something
that could eliminate the return of the unit. Since some of our
products go back over 40 years, we may no longer have parts for some
of the older units, so again, a phone call could be helpful.
